4) Information We Receive and Generate

The categories of personal information we may process depend on how you use the Service. We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and as a result of your activity (for example, generated interior designs).

A. Information you provide

  • Account details: email address, name (if provided), and profile information.
  • Authentication data: identifiers from sign-in methods (including social login such as Google or Apple) as supported by our authentication provider.
  • Support messages: what you send us (including attachments) when requesting help.

B. Content you create or upload

Please avoid including sensitive information (for example, health data, government IDs, or payment card details) in uploads or design requests. If you include it, you understand it may be processed to provide the Service.

  • Room photos and uploads: room images you capture or upload for AI interior redesign.
  • Design inputs: style selections, categories, instructions, and reference images you submit to AI tools.
  • Generated outputs: interior design images and related outputs created by the Service.
  • Design history: saved designs, favorites, and related actions.

C. Subscription and transaction information

If you purchase a subscription or credits, payment processing is handled by our payment providers. On the web, this may include Paddle or Polar. In the mobile app, subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play. We may receive records such as your subscription status, plan name/ID, country/currency, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

D. Data collected automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, device type, browser or app version, operating system, timestamps, pages or screens viewed, and error diagnostics.
  • Approximate location: inferred from IP address (for example, country/region).

5) How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Service: create and manage accounts, deliver features, and fulfill your requests.
  • Enable AI features: process your room photos and design inputs to generate interior design images and return results.
  • Subscriptions and billing: handle plan selection, checkout, receipts, and subscription status.
  • Support and communication: respond to requests, send service messages, and notify you about policy or product changes.
  • Safety and security: prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and protect users and our systems.
  • Analytics (where permitted): understand performance and improve reliability, including through analytics tools when you consent.
  • Legal compliance: comply with lawful requests and applicable obligations.

Where required by law (for example under GDPR/UK GDPR), we rely on one or more of these legal bases: performing a contract (providing the Service you request), legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), consent (for example, optional analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.   • Authentication: Supabase (account and session management, including social sign-in).
  • Payments: Paddle and Polar (web subscription checkout and payment processing) and RevenueCat (mobile in-app purchases on the App Store and Google Play).
  • AI image generation providers: third-party services that help us generate interior design images from your inputs. This may include fal.ai, Replicate, and Wiro. These providers process the images and inputs you submit and return outputs so we can deliver the feature.
  • Analytics and tags (with consent): tools such as Firebase Analytics and Google Tag Manager when you enable statistics cookies.
  • Infrastructure and hosting: providers that help us run the website and store content (for example, cloud storage and content delivery).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent misuse.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale (subject to appropriate safeguards).

8) Cookies, Consent, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service functional, remember preferences, and (if you choose) measure performance.

  • Necessary cookies: required for core site functionality and security.
